Overall the learning that takes place in the MIN is meant to lighten your load and fast track your team towards success. While we don't offer open-ended coaching or problem-solving for every situation in your building, there is the opportunity to receive feedback and support from Dr. Erin as well as a community of other implementers'. The MIN is really about keeping the work focused, aligned, and moving forward without adding more to your plate.

There are three live workshops per year, each approximately 90 minutes. All are recorded and shared so nothing's missed. The asynchronous courses are there when you're ready — there's no required pace. The MIN is designed to lighten your load, not add to it. By request, members can receive a certificate of professional development hours — approximately one hour per month. These aren't accredited through a professional organization or institution of higher education. Check with your local agencies to determine whether the certificate qualifies for your needs.

You may share templates and tools with others at your school — that's part of why they exist. Please don't share your login credentials. If a colleague wants the full benefit of the network, the most effective path is for them to join directly. If your whole team wants access, contact us about an LEA group license.
