Sound Familiar?

You're working harder than ever — and your MTSS still feels like a collection of disconnected parts.

You have the data. You have the heart. You've sat through the PD days and filled in the binders. And yet every fall, you're back at square one — rebuilding what last year's coordinator held together in their head.

"I'm exhausted from being the only person holding this together. We've got all this data, but we're not actually doing anything with it."

If you left tomorrow, would your MTSS survive? For most of us, the honest answer is no. Here's why that's not your fault:

  • Data exists, but action doesn't follow — because there's no protocol for what happens after the meeting.
  • Staff are fatigued by another "new initiative" — and you're tired of being the one who has to sell it again.
  • You're isolated in your leadership — problem-solving alone because no one else in your building has done this before.

The problem isn't your effort. You're being asked to build a coherent system with tools designed for compliance, not implementation. That changes inside the MIN.

Why I Built This

I learned real quick that strong leaders share leadership. That's why I built the system I wish we'd had.

I was as a school psychologist, instructional coach, and MTSS coordinator before leading a statewide MTSS initiative for five years. I've supported 150+ schools and 20+ districts. I've published research on what works. And I still had days where I felt lost in my leadership. Fortunately, I had team members willing to do the work with me. I can assure you being lost together is better than being lost alone.

That experience is exactly why I created the MTSS Implementers' Network. Not to give you more content to read on your own, but to give you a structured system, a proven method, and a community of practitioners doing the same hard work in real schools.

The difference here is that I've actually done this at scale. The tools inside the MIN aren't theoretical. They come from years of seeing what holds under real conditions — staff turnover, budget cuts, initiative overload, and all the rest.
