I'm Erin Chaparro, a dahlia loving, published researcher and MTSS nerd!
For five years I led MTSS professional development for a statewide initiative across 25 school districts (Chaparro et al., 2012, 2019, and 2021) and for another five years after I was on the steering committee and wrote the 5 million dollar grant that funded the MTSS Coaching statewide initiative. I’ve also worked in schools as a school psychologist, SPED interventionist, instructional coach, and counselor.
