Sound Familiar?

You're working harder than ever β€” and your MTSS still feels like a collection of disconnected parts.

You have the data. You have the heart. You've sat through the PD days and filled in the binders. And yet every fall, you're back at square one β€” rebuilding what last year's coordinator held together in their head.

"I'm exhausted from being the only person holding this together. We've got all this data, but we're not actually doing anything with it."

If you left tomorrow, would your MTSS survive? For most of us, the honest answer is no. Here's why that's not your fault:

  • Data exists, but action doesn't follow β€” because there's no protocol for what happens after the meeting.
  • Staff are fatigued by another "new initiative" β€” and you're tired of being the one who has to sell it again.
  • You're isolated in your leadership β€” problem-solving alone because no one else in your building has done this before.

The problem isn't your effort. You're being asked to build a coherent system with tools designed for compliance, not implementation. That changes inside the MIN.

Why I Built This

I learned real quick that strong leaders share leadership. That's why I built the system I wish we'd had.

I was as a school psychologist, instructional coach, and MTSS coordinator before leading a statewide MTSS initiative for five years. I've supported 150+ schools and 20+ districts. I've published research on what works. And I still had days where I felt lost in my leadership. Fortunately, I had team members willing to do the work with me. I can assure you being lost together is better than being lost alone.

That experience is exactly why I created the MTSS Implementers' Network. Not to give you more content to read on your own, but to give you a structured system, a proven method, and a community of practitioners doing the same hard work in real schools.

The difference here is that I've actually done this at scale. The tools inside the MIN aren't theoretical. They come from years of seeing what holds under real conditions β€” staff turnover, budget cuts, initiative overload, and all the rest.

The Approach Inside the MIN

This is not more PD. It's a shared operating system for your team.

Every template, workshop, and tool inside the MIN + Vault is organized around the proprietary EPIC Method™ β€” a four-phase implementation framework built for real schools, real teams, real constraints. When your team is uses the same framework, alignment stops depending on reminders and starts showing up in how the work actually runs.

E

Excavate

Get honest about what's actually happening in your system right now. Not what the binder says. What's the real data? We examine the fidelity, the team routines, the gaps β€” without a shame lens. Clarity comes before change.

P

Prioritize

Focus the team on the two or three levers with the highest leverage for students. Do fewer things well. This is where we intentionally choose to de-implement high-burden, low-impact programs.

I

Implement

Plan routines such as data decision rules and meeting structures that run without you in the room. The goal is not to be a busier coordinator. The goal is a system that any capable person can step into and run.

C

Celebrate

Track and communicate what's working. Normalize iteration. Reinforce the routines before moving on to the next thing. Sustainable MTSS is fueled by implementation teams continuously acknowledging the success stories big and small.

When everyone on your team is speaking the same language and using the same routines, you stop spending your cognitive energy on rebuilding every year and start spending it enjoying your teamwork and students' success stories.

MIN Workshops Section

Live Workshops at a Glance

Three workshops. One EPIC Method™. A system you can actually use.

Each workshop corresponds to a phase of the EPIC Method and walks your team through applying it using the MTSS Operating Manual. By October, you'll have a prioritized plan your team can run.

August 2026 Workshop 1 Excavate + Prioritize

See Clearly. Focus Wisely.

Most teams start the year without an honest picture of where they are. I'll guide your team through a structured audit of your current MTSS reality and help you narrow in on the two or three priorities worth your energy this year.

You'll leave with

  • An MTSS audit of practices using the Operating Manual
  • A clear set of shared priorities before the year accelerates
September 2026 Workshop 2 Implement

Build Guidelines to Stabilize the Plan.

A plan only works if the team can carry it. I'll walk your team through the decision rules, meeting rhythms, and team protocols that turn August's priorities into consistent practice and reduce the fragility that comes from relying on one person.

You'll leave with

  • Core MTSS implementation team routines built directly from the Operating Manual
  • A system that runs with clarity, consistency, and not just memory
October 2026 Workshop 3 Celebrate

Reinforce Progress. Protect Momentum.

October is earlier than most teams pause to reflect, and that's exactly the point. I'll help your team look at early evidence, name what's holding, and reinforce the practices worth protecting before the year gets harder.

You'll leave with

  • A completed Celebration Planner from the Operating Manual
  • A system that's been tested, adjusted, and reinforced

Between workshops, every participant has full access to the MTSS Operating Manual, the content library, and the member message board.

Hear From Network Members

Real schools. Real results.

"When I became an MTSS Coordinator, I understood why the work mattered β€” but figuring out how to actually make it happen was the hard part. Erin and the MTSS Solutions community gave me the clarity, tools, and support I needed to lead with confidence."

Heather Millnick Β· MTSS Coordinator, Virginia

"Being part of the MTSS implementation network has greatly deepened my understanding of using data to drive decisions and has provided valuable tools for organizing and improving the MTSS systems at my school. It has also significantly enhanced my skills as an elementary administrator."

Dr. Cheryl Fogg Β· Building Administrator, Wyoming

Common Questions

Before You Join

Can I use Title I, Title II, or professional development funds for this?

Many members use Title I or Title II funds to cover their membership, and the MIN qualifies as professional development. Use this reimbursement letter template to request approval from your administrator. If you need additional documentation, reach out at hello@mtsssolutions.com.

How is this different from our district's mandatory PD?

District PD is designed for large-group compliance. The MIN is designed for practitioners who are past the basics and need implementation support that meets them where they actually are. The tools are ready to use in your specific context β€” not built for a generic audience in ideal conditions.

I'm just way too busy. What's the time commitment?

There are three live workshops per year, each approximately 90 minutes. All are recorded and shared so nothing's missed. The asynchronous courses are there when you're ready β€” there's no required pace. The MIN is designed to lighten your load, not add to it. The templates and tools are built to reduce prep time, not create new obligations.

Are continuing education credits available?

By request, members can receive a certificate of professional development hours β€” approximately one hour per month. These aren't accredited through a professional organization or institution of higher education. Check with your local agencies to determine whether the certificate qualifies for your needs.

Can I share the MIN resources with colleagues?

You may share templates and tools with others at your school β€” that's part of why they exist. Please don't share your login credentials. If a colleague wants the full benefit of the network, the most effective path is for them to join directly. If your whole team wants access, contact us about an LEA group license.

What's the refund policy?

The MIN includes a satisfaction guarantee. If within one week of the first live workshop you don't find the resources and training usable in your work, email hello@mtsssolutions.com to request a full refund. Please also review the full terms of use on the checkout page.
